The Forum of Local Government PDP Chairmen in the thirty three (33) Local Governments of Oyo State has lauded Governor Seyi Makinde for his effective Leadership, transformational steps and significant strides made in various sectors of the State since Omititun 1.0 to another One year in Office of Omititun 2.0.
In Statement made available to newsmen on Thursday, Signed by the Chairman, Secretary and Publicity Secretary; Alhaji Lukuman Adesina, Hon Sakiru Ojo and Chief Ojebiyi Johnson respectively.
The Forum Congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde for the successful completion of Ogbomoso-Fapote-Iseyin road commissioned today by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. This is nothing but a testament to your determinations to raise the bar of governance from poverty and dilapidation to Prosperity and renewed Hope. The Governor has linked all the cities in Oyo State with durable and accessible road network that has to improve Socio economic growth of the people.
The Forum also praised Governor Seyi Makinde for improving the lives of the masses with the healthcare sector on the renovation and upgrading of primary healthcare centres in all our wards of Oyo State.
On the area of Security, the Forum lauded Governor Seyi Makinde for providing adequate equipments, mobility and resources for all the Security Agencies to combat security challenges, especially in Oke Ogun boarders with neighbouring countries and this great impact has reduced the security challenges in the state at large.
The Forum acknowledged greatly, the sustainable development, infrastructures, youth empowerment, Solar Light Project, Agricultural revolution and robust educational system embarked upon by our dear Governor Seyi Makinde that have significant impacted in the lives of the masses is highly commendable.
Today, we are celebrating our Governor as a performer, a reformer, an achiever and a Party Man that is making us proud and not only in Oyo State but in the South West.
