A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo state and founder of the Omituntun Benedict Foundation (OBF), Chief Benedict Akika has been Kidnapped.
Akika, who is known for his emancipation and support of the government of Governor Seyi Makinde was said to have been kidnapped at his resident at Idi Ape along Olorunda Abba, Lagelu local government area of Oyo state.
According to unconfirmed report, one person was said to have been killed by the assailants.
