A certain blackmailer, Musa Opeyemi who was influenced by his paymasters and peddlers to blackmail the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye today tendered a public apology for his actions.
Mr Musa Opeyemi Oyelami who spearheaded the campaign of calumny and blackmail accused the Executive Chairman of revoking 19 plots of land belonging to him and his fellow cohorts. He further openly accused the Chairman of selling the land for Four (4) million naira per plot.
After series of investigations, it was revealed that the allegations of snatching and selling a plot of land for the sum of Four Million Naira are untrue and should be dismissed and thrown into the basket of irrelevance.
Mr Oyelami Musa’s apology reads:
”Sequel to the Publication I made on this platform in December 2024 wherein I wrongfully called the Chairman of Akinyele Local Government ; Hon Wole Akinyele Land grabber. I am deeply sorry for this statement and I withdraw the wrong statement as the chairman did not sell my land or any land for 4million to anyone or to any person.
I regret the pains and damage that my earlier post may have caused the chairman . I am deeply sorry for this”
The Executive Chairman of Akinyele LG, Hon Akinwole Akinleye will not relent in discharging his duties by ensuring the safety of lives and properties and promoting a sustainable and prosperous environment for the good people of Akinyele Local Government. He is committed to ensuring that the local government returns to the peak where it belongs and he won’t allow detractors and their disturbances to sway him.
Conclusively, Hon Akinwole The Executive Chairman warns peddlers of fake news, blackmailers and shenanigans to desist from peddling propaganda that would drag the progress of the Local Government backward. An act that would no longer be tolerated.
