The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, has felicitated with the Muslim Ummah in Egbeda and beyond on the occasion of Maulud Nabiy, the commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
In a goodwill message made available to journalists, Hon. Sanda called on Muslims to use the celebration as a moment of reflection on the teachings of the Holy Prophet, particularly his message of peace, love, and unity.
Describing Maulud Nabiy as a significant occasion for the Muslim faithful, the ALGON Chairman urged believers to emulate the Prophet’s exemplary life and rededicate themselves to virtues that promote harmony and societal progress.
“As we mark this special day, I urge all Muslims to recommit to the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and strive for excellence in all spheres of life,” he said.
He prayed that the celebration would bring abundant blessings, renewed faith, and strengthened bonds within the community.
