The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, has extended warm birthday felicitations to his close friend and colleague, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, the Honourable Member representing Ibadan North Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly, described him as both a dependable ally and an exemplary public servant.
