A former member of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board and a respected student leader from the Ibarapa zone, Hon. Onifade Gbenga Micheal, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Mr. Victor Olawuyi, a former Public Relations Officer of the Federation of Oyo State Students’ Union (FOSSU).
