The Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Adebayo Lawal, describing him as a trusted and dependable co-pilot to Governor Seyi Makinde in the present administration.
He equally described the deputy governor as a leader worthy of emulation by young professionals and political leaders at all levels.
In a goodwill message on Tuesday, the council boss lauded Lawal’s untiring commitment to good governance and his invaluable contributions to the progress and stability of Oyo State.
He noted that the deputy governor’s dedication to public service and administrative excellence has earned him widespread respect across political and professional circles.
“On behalf of the government and people of Oluyole Local Government, I heartily felicitate His Excellency, Barrister Adebayo Lawal, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary,” the chairman said.
“He has remained a trusted and dependable co-pilot to our Governor Seyi Makinde and a shining example of leadership in all ramifications.”
The chairman further described Lawal as an accomplished legal luminary and seasoned administrator whose wealth of experience continues to strengthen the administration of the state.
He recalled that Lawal served with distinction as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Oyo State, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to the rule of law.
“Barrister Lawal is a successful legal expert whose tenure as Attorney General of Oyo State was marked by diligence and an unwavering commitment to justice. His contributions to governance remain indelible,” he added.
