The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Sikiru Sanda, has received two prestigious awards in recognition of his outstanding leadership, commitment to good governance and contributions to grassroots development.
Sanda was honoured with the Outstanding Leadership and Governance Award 2026 by the Centre for Community Advocacy and Development, in recognition of his dedication to purposeful leadership, people-oriented administration, community advancement and effective service delivery.
In a similar development, the Egbeda council boss also received an Award of Excellence from Ise Ya Media Company in appreciation of his leadership qualities, commitment to public service and contributions to societal development.
The double recognition further highlights the growing acknowledgement of Sanda’s leadership approach, particularly his emphasis on translating governance into tangible benefits through developmental projects, responsive administration and people-centred initiatives.
