The Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, has extended his warm congratulations to Hon. Olajide Olatoye, Elder Olutayo Gbenro, Dr. Obideji Babatunde, Mrs. Aduke Okewusi, and Mr. Oyedokun Ilelaboye, on their appointments as Allied Peoples Movement (APM) Governorship and Presidential Campaign team in Lagelu Local Government Area.
In a statement issued on Monday, the chairman described the appointments as a well-deserved recognition of the team’s collective competence, dedication and proven capacity to deliver results.
“This recognition is a clear testament to your proven competence, unwavering dedication, and capacity to deliver results,” Kamorudeen said. “Over the years, you’ll have demonstrated leadership, mobilisation skills, and a deep understanding of the local political terrain.”

The chairman expressed confidence that their combined experience would enable them to effectively coordinate mobilisation, organise campaign structures and advance the party’s agenda across communities in the lead-up to the 2027 general elections.
“I have every confidence that under your collective coordination, the campaign will be marked by discipline, inclusiveness, effective outreach across wards and communities, and a strong focus on the developmental ideals that resonate with the people of Lagelu and Oyo State at large,” he added.
